There shall be stamped~or written on the back of each
of ~the Series B Bonds a statement in substantially the following
form:
This Bond is one of a series of Bond~s
which were validated and confirmed by
a judgment of the Circuit Court for St.
Lucie County, Florida rendered on
,1977. •
Chairman, St. LUcie County Board
of County Commissioners
provided, however, that shoald an appeal be taken from this
judgment within the period of thirty (30) days, then and in
that event the Series B Bonds shall not be delivered to the
~
purchaser or purchasers unless and until a mandate of the
Supreme Court of Florida affirming Lhis judgment shall have
been recordedeaein the office of the Clerk of this Court.
