ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE
This cause came on to be heard ex parte upon the Motion
for Continuance filed by the Plaintiff, OUTDOOR ~tESORTS OF AMERICA,
INC. The Court, having reviewed the Motion and beirig advised that
counsel for the Defendant, OUTDOOR RESORTS AT NETTLES ISLAND, INC.,
a Condominium, has consented to the continuance, it is accordingly
ardered as follows:
1. This cause shall be and is by this Order.removed from
the trial docket for January 27-18, 1977, and shall be rescheduled
' for trial by subsequent Order of this Court.
