PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed the 25th day of January ,
A. D. 1977, between BERNARD F. POWELL, Personal R~presentative of the
Estate of ANNE A.'RILEY~ deceased. party of the first part; and
BERNARD F. POWELL, whose mailing address is 2801 S. W. 12th Street,
S Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33312, party of the second part;

WITNESSETH, that said party of the first part, pursuant to
the provisions contained in the Will of the above-named decedent, and
in consideration of the premises and the sum of $10.00 and other good
and valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms to the party of the
second part. his heirs and assigns forever, all interest and title of
the Estate of ANNE A. RZLEY, deceased, in and to the follow,ing
