I, RHODA BEISER, of Lincolnwood, Illinois , soon to
be a resident of Port St. Lucie, Florida, wife of CARL BEISER,
declare this to be my will and revoke all of my previous wills
and codici ls .
FIRST: If my husband is living on the thirtieth day
succeeding the date of my death, I give to him all of my
tangible personal property, such as my household furniture and
furnishings, automobiles, books, pictures, jewelry, watches,
silverware, china and clothing. If my husband is not living
on that thirtieth day, I give my tangible personal property in ~
equal shares to my daughters, BARBARA GROSSNICKLE of Rio, #

~ - Florida, and JEAN BR~WN of Burbank, California.

~ SECOND: All the residue of my estate, real or

! personal and wherever situated, including all property over
` ` which I may have a pawer of appointment, I give to my husband
