The undersigned, as Personal Representative of the above
estate alleges:
1. The decedent, RALPH J. WALDVOGEL, a resident of St. Lucie
County, Florida, died on December 1, 1975, and Letters of Admini-
~ stration were issued to Petitioner on December 31, 1975.

4. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns with
