6. The Will was admitted ta probate and letters issued for the ~
pur~ose of conveying cex-tain real property formerly owned by the '
State and included in the Inventory previousl.y filed herein, as

well as for the purpose of obtaining an Order of Summary Administra-
tion.
7. The estate is not iT~debted since all debts, including
funeral expenses and last illness expenses have been paid by the
Petitioners.
8. Venue of this proceeding is in this County because the
decedent died a resident of this County and died owning real property
located in this County.
9. The~assets in this estate and their estimated values are:

! (A) An undivided one-half (1/2) interest in and to the `

. All of Lots 3 and 4, Block 2, of Fort Pierce Heights
i Subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
1, Page 39, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
i Florida, 2ess and excepting the following described

(2) Beginning at the Northwest corner of the said
