10. It is proposed that all assets listed in paragraph
nine (9) above as well as any subsequently discovered assets of this
estate, including any property specified abova ~chich may be exempt, ~
be distributed or disposed of as follows:

11. Petitioners are unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil
of decedent other than as set forth herein.
12. The original of the decedent's Last Will, dated January
i 30, 1970, is in the possession of the above Court.

~ 13. Decedent's Will does not direct administration as
required by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes.

~ 14. That one of your Petitioners, Virginia S. Hilson,
~;i is the duly authorized and acting personal representative of the

estate. _

j 15. That all property of the deceden~ has been inventoried

~ and all debts have been paid.

~ WHEREFORE, Petitioners request that an Order of Summary

Administration be entered directing distribution of the assets in

~ the Estate in accordance with the schedule set forth in paragraph

~ ten (10) of this Petition and an Order discharging and relieving
~ the personal representative from any and all further duties and
~
~ responsibilities of that capacity.
