5. CHARLES E. BECHT, whose address is above. is entitled
to preference in appointment as personal representative because he
is the nominated personal representative in the decedent's last
Will. ~ -
6. The nature and approximaCe value of the assets in
this Estate consist of cash. personal property and insurance in
the approximate amount of under $60,000.00.
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or Codicil
of decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 8.
The original of the decedent's last Will, dated
January 11, 1974, attested and subscribed by CHARLES E. BECHT and
' BETNANY I. BOOHER, as attesting witnesses, accompanies this
