I hereby nominate and appoint (~~IARLES E. BECHT, Attorney, to
act as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament, to serve
without bond, and I do further waive any and all notices, filing
of inventory, appraisal flr appointment of appraisers, as required
by Order of Court or law, giving and granting said Executor the
right t~ sell, with ~r without the Order of any Court at public or
4 private sale; and, in the event CHARLES BECEtT shall predecease
me, or be unwilling or unable to act, then in either event, I
hereby n~minate and appoint the SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a

~ Florida, or its successor, to act in his stead, giving and
granting said Executor the same powers, rights, waivers and excuse
