This proceeding was heard on the Report of Distribu-
tion of the personal representative of the estate of Grace L.
Lee, deceased, and the court finding that the estate has been

or otherwise disposed of, and that the personal representative
should be discharged, it therefore is
ADJUDGED that:
1. The Report of Distribution of the personal represen-
tative is approved.
