do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my LAST WILL AND
TESTAME*IT, hereby revoking all former Wills and Codicils by me made.
FIRST: I direct that all of my just debts and f~neral ex-
penses be paid by my Executrix hereinafter appointed, as soon after
my death as practical.
! SECOND: All of the rest, residue and remainder of my

ever situate, I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, HELEN
