The parties hereto jointly own a dwelling located .
at 1217 Soltmann Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida. Mary Kathryn

~ Mason and Kathy Lynn Mason are awarded the use and possession
of said dwelling, together with the furnishings located therei~,
for the remainder of the life of Mary Kathryn Mason.
Until further Order of the Court, Allen S. Mason and
Linda Gaye Mason shall have the right to continue to reside in
said dwelling with Mary Kathryn Mason and Kathy Lynn Mason.
4. Respondent shall promptly pay the monthly mortgage
payments, utilities, telephone and household expenses.incidental
to the family residence located at 1217 Soltmann Avenue, Fort
, Pierce, Florida; and shall likewise pay for and furnish, in the

j manner that he has formerly supplied, food and household supplies.

~ 5. Title to the 1966 automobile is to be vested in
~ Petitioner.
i 6. The Court determines the sum of $350.00 to be a rea-
~
' sonable fee for the services of Petitioner's attorney for his
; services herein and Respondent is ordered to pay said attorney
i
~ said sum together with costs herein.

` 7. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained
!
~

from interfering with, harassing or annoying the other.
i

` 8. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto is
j retained for the entry of such further orders as ma be proper.
