THIS CAUSE came befobethis Court on the 25th day of January, i
1977. upon the Petition of LEE EDWARD MUSCHOTT as the Assignee
for the Benefit of Creditors of GREEN GATE, INC., d/b/a EVELYN'S
for fees, distribution of the remaining assets in the hands of the
Assignee and for discharge of the Assignee, and the Court having
~ found and determined that the Petitioner has caused notice of
application for discharge of Assignee to be published as reauired
by }~aw; that the total of all claims filed in this cause is in
the amount of $42,893.45; that the Petitioner now has on hand for
~ distribution assets in the amount of $4,139.40; and the Court
, being otherwise duly advised in the premises; it is thereupon

f ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

disbursements set forth therein be, and the same are hereby approv ;
