ORDER
THIS CAUSE came before the Court on the Notice
of Contempt Hearing and Petition for Modification and the
Court having heard all ot the testimony of the.parties
and being fully advised in the premises, it is adjudged
as follows:
1. The Respondent, TED L. BERGENROTH, is in
~ contempt of this Court for his failure to pay to the Wife
I
~ $100.00 per month commencing August 1, 1975 as previously
.
' ordered. However, it is the ruling of this Court that the
1; Husband should receive credit for those car payments made by
I the Husband on the automobile transferred to the Wife in
~i
~ compliance with the previous order of this Court and he is,
i
i therefore, $719.68 in arrears on said payments to the Wife.
~ The Court finds and determines the Respondent in contempt of
~f
~ this Court for failure to pay to the Wife these payments but
i
he may purge himself of this contempt by continuing to make
f
said car payments and furnishing Wife proof of same. Once
said car payments are complete, the remainder of the $719.68
is to be paid at the rate of $10.00 per week until the
balance is paid in full. Said payments shall be paid to the
Wife together with the child support payments as hereinafter
set forth.
