2. As of January 21, 1977, the Respondent, TED L.
BERGENROTH, is in contempt of this Court for failure to pay
to the Petitioner $2,040.00 in back child support payments, i
and is, therefore, adjudged in contempt of Court for this ~
reason. However, the Court finds from the evidence that
there has been a substantial change of circumstances in that
the Respondent's income is less than at the time of the
final hearing and that the Petitioner's income is now greater.
Therefore, the previous Order of this Court requiring the
Respondent, TED L. BERGENROTH, to make child support payments
in the amount of $60.00 per week for the support of the
~minor child of the parties is hereby modified and said child
support payments are decreased to $25.00 per week plus an

( additional $5.00 or more per week until the balance of the ~
I
$2,Q40.00 arreage is extinguished. Said payments are to
commence on January 28, 1977 and each payment to be made
hereurider, shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by
him remitted promptly.to the Wife. In addition, there is
,
; hereby assessed the sum of $1.OU as statutory cost to be
~
added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall

' be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both •
~
parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised
'i of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while

; this Order is in effect.

3. From the evidence it further appears that the
~ Wife and the minor child of the parties no longer reside in
~I
the State of Florida. The Husband is to have reasonable
' rights of visitation upon giving the Wife sixty (60) days
written notice by certified mail outlinin details of the

proposed visit and the Wife shall have fifteen (15) days
from receipt thereof within which to make known any objections
to the proposal. The cost of said visitation shall be borne
