by the Husband and the support payments required hereunder
shall continue during the time of visitation. Further, it
is the Order of this Court that the Husband shall not be
under the influence of any alcohol or other drugs at any ~
time while exercising his visitation tights with the minor
child of the parties.
4. The Husband is directed to make available for
inspection by the Wife's attorneys all business records
pertaining to his personal finances.
5. In the event the Husband does not fully comply
. with the terms,of this Order, then as punishment for his
contempt as outlined above, he shall be confined to the
county jail of this county for a period of 60 days. Upon
failure of the Husband to so comply the Wife, LINDA G.
TOMLINSON, may file with this Court an Affidavit to that
effect and a commitment order will issue without further
notice to the Husband.
~ 6. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto is

I retained for the entry of such further Orders as may be proper.
