the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between~the parties; and that the
- marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should

I ~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
i 1. DISSOLllTZON OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between

jJ. D. WHITE and BEATRICE WHITE be and the same is hereby dissolved,

~.and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
; l~bonds of maCrimony heretofore existing between them and from the

~ 4~obligations arising therefrom.

~ 2. PROPERTY. J. D. WHITE shall forthwith execute the
~ {~necessary papers to transfer the title to the 1968 Lincoln auto-
4 mobile bearing I. D. No. 8Y81A825947, Title No. 2987708, to

~IBEATRICE WHITE, and shall forthwith deed all his right, title and
~;interest in the following described real property to BEATRICE
