3. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties.is hereby
enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or
annoying, the other.
4. FEES AND COSTS. Each party shall be responsible for
his or her own attorney's fees and Court costs.
5. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause~ and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further Orders
I as may be proper . _
