Defendant, CUSTOM HARVESTERS, INC., shall have Ten (10) days from
-~the date hereof to produce to the Plaintiffs copies of any insur-
ance nolicies which relate to the 1971 Ford Econo Van which is the
subject matter of this suit, and any insurance policies providing
liability coverage for the Defendant CUSTOM HARVESTERS, INC., or
file Affidavits wi~h this Court setting forth why ~hese documents
cannct be produced; and the Plaintiffs' Motion to Tax Costs and

Attorneys' Fees is denied.
3. The Defendant JAMES L. BOUDET'S D2otion to Tax Costs
and Attorneys' Fees ,is granted as to the deposition scheduled on
October 26, 1976, and is denied as to the deposition of July 29,
