YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a suit has been instituted by
the above-named Plaintiff, against the above-named Defendants, in

the above-specified Court, involving the following~-described real
property situated in St. Lucie County, Florida.
Lot 34, SHERATON PLAZA UNIT TWO, REPLAT, according
to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 16,
at Page 2, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
Together with the following items of property which
are locat~d in and permanently installed as a part of
the improvements thereon on said land:

RANGE HOOD: MIAMI CAREY, MODEL 3730 -
SPACE HEATER: DEARBORN, MODEL DVF-65
The relief sought by the Plaintiff as to such property is
the Foreclosure of a mortgage owned and held by the Plaintiff
encumbering the said property, to decla~e all other interests in the _
property to be inferior to that of the Plaintiff and to foreclose same
and for certain other relief.
