The decedent, BERNARD BOWMONT, a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida, died on March 23, 1975, and Letters of Adminis- tration were issued to Petitioner on July 31, 1975. 2. Petitioner files herewith a Final Accounting contain- ing a complete report of all receipts and disbursements since the ~ commencement of administration of this Estate. 3. Petitioner has fully administered thi~ Estate, by ; making payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims and debts that were presented, and by paying or making provision for the payment of a11 expenses of administration. 4. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns with the Internal Revenue 5ervice and with tihe Department of Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with I ~this Court evidence of'the satisfaction of this Estate's obliga- ~tions for both Federal and Florida estate taxes, if any. . ~ ~ 5.
