Pierce, Florida, the sum of $ 24,000.00 xith interest from date at the rate of

Each installment first shall be applied in payment of the interest and then on
the unpaid balance of the principal swn. Tf default is made in the payment of arry
installment ~hen dus, and such default continues 30 days, then at the option of the
holder, and Frithout any other notice, alI tt~e remaining installments shall be due and
payable at once. Privilege is given to prepay this note in Whole or in part at anp
time without penalty. Neither forbearance, nor acceptance by the hoYder thereaf
after any ~efault in any payment hereon, shall be deer.~ed extension. A late payment
charge of $ 9•~~ shall be assessed the ?6th day of the month, if a regular
business day, or, if not a regular trusiness day, then the nex.t business day, on each
monthly instalLnent not then received.
