Pie rce, Florida, the sum of $ 25, 600.00 xith interest fro~ date at the rate of
9.0 ~ per annum~ in monthly installments as follows: 215.00 on the

each month thereafter until the whole be fully paid.
Each installment first shall be applied in payment o£ the interest and then on
the unpaid balance of the principal swn. If default is made in the payn:ent of atry
installment xhen due, and such default continues 30 days, then at the option of the
holde r, and ~rithwt any other notice, all the remaining installments shall be due and
payable at once. Privilege is given to prepap this note in whole or in part at any
tir:s ~rithout penalty. ?~either forbearance, nor acceptance by the holder thereof
after any default in anq paqment hereon, shall be deemed extension. A late payment
charge of $ 10.75 shall be assessed the 26th day o~' the month, if a regular
business day, or, if not a regular business day, then the next business day, on each
monthly installment not then received.
Each maker, s~rety and endorser hereof, 3ointly and severally, s~aives demand,
presentment protest and notice of protest for nonpayment, and further agrees to any
extsr.sion of time of payment, either before or after maturity, ~rithout notice to ar~y
of us; and to pay all costs of collection, including a reasonable attorney~s fee in
the event of any default he raunde r, and he reby seve rally Kaive s all benef it of home-
stead and exemption under the constitution and laws of each State of the United
States, as agafnst this obligation or any extension or reneWal hereof.
