THIS CAUSE having come on this 24th day of January, 1977 for ~
hearin~ upon the Flaintiffs Motion to Compel L`. A. INC., an~
.T. W. I~ICKSCN to comply with the Final Judgment entered July 14,
1976 by this Court, and the Court determinin3 that the L`efendants
ha~J~ not complied with paragraph 8 of the r inal Judgment and there was
proper nottce gi~~en and the Counsel for the ~`e±endants not bein~ present
ar~~ the Court heard arguments •~f Flaintiff's Counsel, 3n~ bein~ otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is thereupcn
CRL~EREI~ A~.TL~ AI~~TUI~~EP as follows, to wit:
1. That the ~-laintiff's Notion to Compel A. D. INC., and J. ~,lU.
L~ICKSCN to comply with the Fir~al J~~d~ment is hereby ~ranted and the
^efendants' shall have ten (10) days from ~ate hereof to deliver to ~
Flaintiff's Attorney, C. '~?orris I'ilton the foilowing instrsment: :
