any claim or estate of defendants, L. HERBERT KINCAID and CHAT S.
KINCAID, his wife; LLOYD-INCA CORPORATION, formerly INCA CORPORA-
TION, a Florida corporation; StfN BANK OF ST. IUCIE COUNTY, formerly
SAINT LUCIE COUNTY BANK AT FORT PIERCE, a Florida banking corpora-
~ tion; and FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE} a United States '
corporation, on the following described property in St. Lucie
County, Florida:
Beginning 834 feet West of the Northeast corner of the
N 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section 9, 7ownship 35 South, Range
40 East, thence run South 250 feet, thence West 40 feet,
thence North 250 feet, thence East 40 feet to the Point
of Beginning.
Excepting therefrom the right of way for Orange Avenue
as now located thrQugh said Section 9.
