THIS CAUSE coming on for final hearing on the Petition

~ of Elease Marshall for Rule to Show Cause ~and also on the Petition
! ~ of David Marshall for Modification of Judgment, and the Court
having heard testimony from both Petitioner-Father, David Marshall`;

and Petitioner--Mother, Elease Marshall, and the oral stipulation ~
between counsel for Petitioner-Father, Charles Stone, Esquire;
: and counsei for Petitioner-Mother, T. J. Cunningham, Esquire, it

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED ~
l. That the agreed amount of arrearage payments for_ ~
child support of $13,941 owing by the Petitioner-Father, David
Marshall, as of January 21, 1977, shall by this Order be reduced
as a Judgment against the Petitioner-Father, David Marshall, for
which let execution of judgment be issued.
2. FURTHER~ it is the order and judgment of this Court
that David Marshall shall pay to Elease Marshall for child supporx
the sum of $45.00 per week to commence on Friday, January 28,
1977, for all of the children until the youngest child reaches
the age of eighteen years. Said payments are to be in the
amount of $45.00 per week as provided for herein unless David
Marshall produces a written statement from an acceptable or
reliable source confirming that he could not work the full week
