COMES NOW the Defendant-Husband, NOMER LEE DARBY, by and through his
undersigned attorney and moves the court for an order dismissing Defendant's
Motion to Dismiss for Improper Venue and waives notice of hearing thereon for
the reason that the parties to this cause have amicably settled their differences
between them, and Defendant-Husband agrees that this cause may proceed to a
final hearing ex parte and without further notice to the Defendant-Nusband.

Venue, be and the same is hereby dismissed and this cause may proceed to final
