PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
The undersigned, as personal representative of the above
estate alleges:
l. The Decedent, HAROLD J. GLADEY, a resident of St. Lucie
County, Florida, died on January 15, 1976 and Letters of Administra-
tion were issued to Petitioner on April 2, 1976.
2. Petitioner £iles herewith Waiver of filing a Final
Accounting, Service of Petition for Discharge and all notice thereof.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by making
payment, settlement or other disposition of all claims and debts
that were presented and by paying or making provision for the pay-
ment of all expenses of administration.
4. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns with
the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of Revenue
of the State-of Florida, if any, and obtained and filed with this
Court evidence of satisfaction of this estate's obligation for both
federal and Florida estale taxes, if any.
5. Petitioner has~made or proposes to make distribution of
the assets of this estate as set forth below:
Al1 assets of estate to sole heir at
law, Juanita G. Gladey, as shown on
Schedule "A" ~
6. The only person having an interest in the proceeding
and her respective address is:
