I
I, THERESA C. AVAVIAN, a resident of and domiciled in the
County of St. Lucie, and State of Florida, being of sound and
disposing mind and memory, do hereby make, publish, and declare
~ this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all
Wills and Codicils at any time heretofore made by me.
FIItST: It is my will and desire that all of my just debts
and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my death as may be prac-

~ ticable out of the principal of my estate,

~ SECOND: I give, devise, and bequeath all the rest, residue, .
and remainder of my estste, both real and persanal, of which I die
possessed, or over which I have power of disposition or any interest
in whatsoever, as follows:
(a) I bequeath to my grand-daughter, DIANE CIARA
JOHNSON, of 8006 James Road, Fort Pierce,
Florida, all of the money which I may have
on deposit in the First National Bank of Fort
Pierce, Florida at the time of my death, ex- .
cluding certificates of deposit. ~
(b) I further bequeath unto my grand-daughter,
DIANE CLARA JOHNSON, all E bonds and stock
which I may own at the time of my death. This
specific bequest shall be hers absolutely in fee
simple forever, per stirpes.
(c) I bequeath my certificates of deposit which I
~ay own at the time of my death, to be divided
equally between my two grand-sons, share and
share alike, per stirpes as follows:
(d) Fifty percent (50%) of my certificates of deposit
to DENNIS MARTIN, 128 Meadvw Field Lane, Longwood,
Florida; and
(e) Fifty percent (5090) of my certificates of deposit
to JAMES MARTIN, 1202 Saltman Avenue, Fort Pierce,
Florida .
