After the above specific bequests have been satisfied from

my estate, I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue, and .
remainder of my estate to my grand-daughter, DIANE CLARA JOHNSON,

I hereby nominate, canstitute and appoint my grand- ~
daughter, DIANE CLARA JOHNSON, to act as my Personal Representative

of this, my Last Will and Testament. If my said grand-daughter ~
should fail to survive me, or for any other reason fail to qualify ~

as my. Persanal Representative, then I nominate, constitute, and ~

appoint my grand-son, DENNIS MARTIN, as Alternate Personal Repre- ~

sentative. I direct that no bond or other security shall be required ~

' of either of them for the faithful performance of her or his duties ;
hereunder.

Alternate Personal Representative, to lease, encumber, sell, exchange, ,
or otherwise deal with or dispose of any or all of my property, either

cretion of my Personal Representative or Alternate Persanal Repre- ~

Representative or Alternate Personal Representative shall hold, manage,

and operate any property belonging to my estate at the risk of my {
