kind and character and wherever situate, of which I shall die

of appointment, which I hereby exercise, to my Trustee hereinafter

(i named upon trust, as a trust to be known as '~'rust "B", to adminis-

f ter and distribute for the following uses and purposes:

My Trustee shall hold ~p residuary trust estate for the
benefit of ~y wife, SARINA DISTEFANO, during her lifetime and
shall pa,y the net income therefrom to or for the benefit of my
~ wife in convenient installments, at least as often as quarterly.
In addition thereto, the Trustee shall pay to ~y wife from the
principal of the trust estate such additional sums as may, in the
Trustee's discretion, be necessary from time to time to insure
the comfortable support, maintenance and general welfare of my
wife in the manner in which she is living at the time of my
death, with consideratian given to her other assets and sources
