(c) ln making division or distribution of the trust
~y estate herein created, or any part thereof, my Trustee is hereby

~ part of the trust estate, whether real or personal propert~, in
ii its then actual condition or state of investment, or to make such

l~ distribution partly in property and partl9 in cash, and for the
i purpose of such distribution, the opinion of iqy Trustee as to the

~ values of the property distributed in kind shall be bind.ing upon
~ and conclusive as to all beneficiaries of the trust and all other
persons whomsoever.
(d) Aiy Trustee is authorized to emplof agents and
' attorneys and pa~ the sa.me from the trust estate.
(e1 If a~y law, including the Trust Accounting ]1aw,
Chapter '737, ~'lorida Statutes, now or hereafter enacted shall

~ require my Trustee to qualif9 in an.9 judicial proceedings, to

file judicial accoun.tings or to give bond for the faithful

performance of his duties as such trustee, then this constitutes
! a wai.ver of such requirements and no such qualification, account-
~ ings or bond shall be required of my Trustee. In the event my
~
! Trustee is, nevertheless, required to qualif~r as such in any
~ judicial proceed.ings, then all notices thereof to any benefici-
~
aries are sgecifically waived.
~ (f) t•iy Trustee is authorized to attend and regresent the

trust herein and hereby created in person or by proxy at every
class of corporation meetir~s, at meetings of stockholders,
proprietors, creditors and bondholders of any companies or I
corporations and at such other places and times where matters !
