INC., a F ori a corporation (hereinafter denominated "Borrower"),
and CONTINENTAL ILLINOIS NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF CHICAGO,
a national banking association (hereinafter denominated "Lender").
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, on October 27, 1976, Borrower executed a certain
Assignment of Lessor's Interest in Leases (hereinafter denominated
the "Assignment") in favor of Lender;
WHEREAS, the Assignment referred~to a certain Mortgage and
Security Agreen~nt executed by Borrower in favor of Lender, bear-
ing even date with the-Assignment, recorded in Official Records
Book 259, Page 1254 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida (hereinafter denominated the "Mortgage") which has been
amended by an agreement of even date herewith; and
' WHEREAS, Borrower and Lender desire to enter into this First
f Modification of Assignment of Lessor's Interest in Leases in order
to conform the terms and conditions of the Assi~nment to the terms
and conditions of the Mortgage, as amended on even date herewith;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises herein con-
tained and the sum of Ten llollars ($10.00) in hand paid by Lender
to Borrower, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby
acknowledged, Borrower and Lender hereby agree as follows:
1.
Any reference in the Assignment to the "Security Conveyance"
shall refer to the Mortgage, together with any and all modifications
thereof.
2.
Except as herein amended, the Assignment shall remain in full
force and effect between the parties.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Borrower and Lender have caused these
presents to be executed and their seals to be affixed hereto by
their duly authorized corporate officers on the day and year first
above written.
