McPHEE, his wife on the followinq described
property, situate and beinq in st. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 15, in Block 2, of PROGRESS PARK, TWO, according to
a Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 12, at Page 16, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; together
with the improvements thereon and all furniture, fixtures
and equipment contained therein, replacements thereof ~
and additions thereto.
4. If the total sum with interest at the rate of 10$ per
annum, as set forth in Plaintiff's note and all costs of this action
accruinq subsequent to this Judgment are not paid within three (3)
days from this date, the Clerk of this Court shall seZl the prooerty

the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, at the

5. Persons who wish to bid at such sale may submit s~ch bids

to the Clerk prioz to sale, provided guch bid is accompanied by

of such bid. The Clerk shall hold such cashier's check(s) and need
not deposit the same, pendinq the sale. At the commencement of sale.
the Clerk shall announce and receive such bids. After sale, the
casbier's check(s) of all such unsuccessful bidder(s) shall be ,
promptly returned to them by the Clerk. The Plaintiff(s) need not
attend such sale and auch non-attendance shall not prevent or delay
