ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
_ Defendant's Motion to Dismiss shall be treated as a
Motion to Transfer Venue and is hereby granted, with instructions
to the`Clerk of the Circuit Court, St. Lucie County, Florida, to
transfer the court~file to Martin County, Florida for filing by the
Clerk of Martin County upon payment of the necessary filing fee.
Upon the filing of this cause in Martin County, Florida,
the defendant herein shall then have ten days to file her responsive
pleadings .
