be allowed for the services of the Plaintiff's attorney, which sum
is also due and owing.
5. That the Plaintiff, L. B. OWEN, is the owner and holder

of the promissory note which is the subject matter of this action `
and that there is due the Plaintiff upon the said promissory note the
principal sum of $18,000 with interest thereon at the rate of 696 per
annum from April 1, 1975, through January 6, 1977 in the amount oF
$1,848 together with costs in the amount of $37 makinq a total amount
of principal, interest and costs due from the Defendants to the
Plaintiff in the amount of $19,885.
6. That the Plaintiff, L. B. OWEN, do have and recover of
and from the said Defendants, W. W. ARNOLD CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC.
and W. W. ARNOLD, individually, the sum of $19,848 plus $2,500 in

attorney's fees, making a total of $22,348 damages, together with `

the costs in this behalf expended and herein taxed at $37 for all of s
