Each installment first shall be applied in payment of the interest and then on
the unpaid balance of the prirtcipal sum. If default is made in the payment of arry
installment Hhen due, and such default coritinues 30 days, then at the option of the
holder, and without any other notice, all the remafning installments shall be due and
payable at once. Privilege is given to prepay this note in Whole or in part at any
tiir.s ~,rithout penalty. Neither forbearance, nor acceptance bp the holder thereof _
after any default in any payment hereon, shall be deemed extension. A late paqment
charge of $ 13.50 shall be assessed the 26th day of' the month, if a regular
business day, or, if not a regular business day, then the next business day, on each
monthly installment not then received. ~
