payment, made by the Payee and the owner or owners of lhe property affected by aeid Mortgage. whether with or with-
out noticE to the Maker, and the Maker ahall continue liable to pay the amount due hereunder, but with interest at a
rate no greater than the Interest Rate, aocording to the terma of any such agreement of e:tenaion or modification

This Note may not be changed orally, but only by an agreement in writing, signed by the party against whom en-
forcement of any waiver, change, moditication or discharge is aought_
All parties to this Note, whether Maker, principal, surety, guarantor or endoreer, hereby waive presentment tor
payment, demand, ptotest, notice of proteat, and notice of dishonor, and e:pressly agree jointly and severally to remain
