Purchaser, by aceep~ance and execution oF this Rcceipt,
acknowledges thzt this purchase of a condominium unit at OCEAii .
VILL~IG~ OF tIUTCFiINSON ISI,A2~D is subject in every rc:spect to the
Declar~tion of Condom~niu:n as to the condominium in w•hich his unit -
is located and Exhibits attached thereto, includinq but not limited
to (i~hether the same are attached to the Declaration or reFerred to
therein), the By-Latas of the Association, Articles of Incorooration,
the Rules and Regulations, Gaoy of ~rojected o~eratin~ budget, co~y
~ af sales broctiure and f loor plan of apartment p:~rc'r.asecl b~r Purchaser,
and all ~endments to the aforesaid lleclaration ancl Exhibits and the
Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants aad
Restrictions oP the Property Os?mers' Association; and Purchaser ,
further acknowledges receipt of and reading and eYarc?ination o£ said ~
Declaration, its Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure ar_d floor plan, ~
and acknowledges that each and every provision of the foregoing is 2
essential to the successful operation and management of the Condo-
minium property and is in the b~st interests and for the benef it of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the
aforedescribed Condominium covenant and agree to abide ~y each and
every provision of said Declaration of Condominivi*.? and Exhibits
attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirr.~s and approves
all of the terms and provisions ot said Declaration of Condo:ainiwa
and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under
the Property Owners' Association documents referred to above ar.d the
provisions thereof are reasonable, fair and equitable, and said Pur-
chaser ackno~aledges and confirms that the Declaration of Covenants
~ and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association has encumbered
and ir•tpressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obliqations under the saicl Declara-
tion of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Ocmers' Associ.a-
tion and said Purchaser assumes the obligations as to the Property
Owners' Association as to his con~ominiun.p~rcel. Purchaser contirms
that all warranties, representations and inducer~ents if any, are as
contained i:~ the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium ar_d Exhibits _
attached thereto, and the common ex~enses and the sums due under the
Property Owners' Association and other charges are estina~e3 only. ;
~1o warranty or guaranty is made or intended, nor nay or.z be relied ~

said Declaration of Condominiur: and the Exhibits attach~d thereto.
