counsel having been heard and the court being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is thereupon #
ORDEREL~-AND ADJUDGED that the Motion for Protective
Order of the Defendant/Counter Plaintiff, FEED.AND GRAIN CORRAL,
INC., is hereby denied; however the deposition of Mr. Kalmonovitz
which has been set for February 7, I977 in San Francisco, Cal-
ifornia shall be continued until February 14, 1977 or thereafter. ~
