ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO INTERVENE
'This cause having come on for hearing on the motion of the
Department of HeaZth and Rehabilitative Services f or leave to intervene
ir. t~is case and the Court having found that all parties were pronerly
nut on notice and having heard arguments presented and considered the
evidQnce and testimony; the Court £inds that the movant Department of
Health and Rehabilitative Services has an interest in this cause,
~._-~-it, child support money and enforcement thereof, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Department oL Health and
Re~ -a~~;i? i±ative Services shall be and it is hereby granted leave to
; inter~~e.1e in this cause in matters lunited to child support money and
e*~f~rcement thereof ; it is further,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Department of Health and
R~habilitative Services shall be and it is hereby substituted for the
mother of the minor children of this marriage in all matters
nertaining to child support money and enforcement thereof; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said mother sha1Z and she is
hereby ardered to refrain from interf ering in or initiating any action
for child supnort for the children of this marriage and/or enforcement
thereof .
