and from the obligations arising therefrom.
STIPULATION: That the Stipulation between the partiea
hereto, dated October 7, 1975, be, and it is hereby, ratified,
approved and confirmed and that the parties hereto be, and they
are hereby, ordered to fully abide by and perform the provisions
thereof required of them and each of them.
ATTORNEYS FEES: That the Husband, DEWILTON UNDERHILL
shall pay to Raymond E. Ford, Esquire, Attorney for the Wife,
BEATRICE W. UNDERHILL, the sum of Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00)
for his services herein and costs of Court. -
JURISDICTION: That jurisdiction of this cause and of
the parties hereto is retained by the Court for the entry of such
further orders, judgments and process as may be deemed proper and
necessary to enforce the provisions hereof.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, in St. Lucie County,
