FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 31st day of January,
1977 and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of
Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
- Tt is, therefore, ORDERED as follows:
1. The marriage between WTLLARD E. HUSKY, JR. and
PATRICIA L. HUSKY, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of •
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. PATRICIA L. HUSKY be and she is hereby authorized to
assume her former name of PATRZCIA ANN LEWIS and to use the same in
all respects as if said marriage had not intervened.
ORDERED at Fort Pierce, Florida this day of January,
1977.
