AVENUE "O" SANITARY SEWER PROJECT, CITY OF FORT
PIERCE, FLORIDA. - -
TO THE PUBLIC AND TO ALL WHQM IT MAY CONCERN: ~

WHEREAS, the City Cotmnission of the City of Fort Pierce
Florida, by Resolution No. 76-65, adopted November 2 9, 1976, did '
a
grant and give Thirty (30) Days from date thereof within which -
all assessments, as corrected, levied against the properties in
AVENUE "O" SANITARY SEWER PROJECT could be paid in full without ~
interest at any time within said Thirty (30) Day period, which ;
assessments, if not paid,.are payable in ten (10) equal annual =
installments, bearing inte=est at the rate of six percent f6%) k
k
per aruium on the unpaid balances thereof; and ~

WHEREAS, said assessments have been recorded in the Improve- _
s
ment Lien Book.

NOW, TAEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE ;
' CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA, that the City Clerk and Director of ~
I~ Finance be, and they are hereby directed to record in the Official ~
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, by record ing through the
Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, St. Lucie County, Florida, f
all said assessment liens now outstanding and unpaid, as per schedule ~
thereof annexed hereto, incorporated herewith as fully set forth `
herein and thereby made a part hereof. which said special assessment '
liens are co-equal with liens of other taxes, superior in dignity to °
all other liens, titles and claims until paid.

- BE ZT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall become ;
effective im~nediately upon its adoption. '
