Legal description continued:
From the NW corner of the NE 1/4 of Section 27, ~ownship 35 S, Range
40 E, St. Lucie County, Florida, run West on the North line of said
Section 27, 152 feet to the East right-of-way line for U.S. Highway
No.~ 1; thence run South on said right-of-way line 750.25 feet to the 1
point of beqinning; thence run South 20 feet; thence run East i
parallel with the North line of said Section 27, 32 feet; thence run I
North parallel with the East right-of-way line of U.S. Highway No. i
1, 10 feet; thence run Northeasterly 15 feet to a point that is 44 feet ~
East of the point of beginning; thence run West parallel with the North ~
line of said Section 27, 44 feet to the point of beginning.
For the purpose of maintaining and repairing an existing entranceway
to Lakeside Mobile Home Park on said lands. Grantor hereby agrees to
maintain said entranceway and the lands on which it is situate so. ,
that they shall remain neat and attractive in appearance. This ease- -
ment is an appurtenance to certain lands of grantor situate immediately
North and East of the above-described lands and the aforesaid obli-
gation of maintenance shall be binding upon the successors or assigns ~
of grantor. .
