the covenants an3 agreements hereinafter set forth, it is
agreed by and among the parties as follows;
1. The Westerly 230 feet of the property encumbered
by the above described mortqages recorded in O.R. Book 257,
page 2693, and O.R. Book 257, page 2688, is hereby released
from the lien and operation of said mortgages, the same con-
stitutinq a strip of land having a North-South-dimension of
10 feet and an East-West dimension of 230 feet.
2. Each of the promissory notes secured by said mort-
qaqes recorded in O.R. Book 257, page 2693 and O.R. Book 257,

1977, said notes being more specifically described as:
(a) That certain promissory note of 3222
Center, Inc., of September 24, 1976, payable to
Leon D. Miller in the amount of $8,375.00, payable
in monthly installments of $101.62 commencing
- October 24, 1976, and bearing interest at the rate
of 8$ per annum.
(b) That certain promissory note of 3222 .
- Center, Inc., of September 24, 1976, payable to
M. A. Ramsey in the amount of $4,187.50, payable ~
in monthly installments of $50.81 commencing
October 24, 1976, and bearing interest at the rate
of 8$ per annum.
(c) That certain promissory note of 3222
Center, Inc., of September 24, 1976, payable to
Phillip P. Zipes i.n the amount of $4,187.50,
payable in monthly installments of $50.81
cormnencing October 24, 197b, and bearing interest
at the rate of 8$ per annum.
(d) That certain promissory note of Peter
C. Smith of September 24, 1976, payable to Leon
D. Miller in the amount of $4,950.00, payable
in monthly installments of $60.06 commencing

(e) That certain promissory note of Peter
C. Smith of September 24, 1976, payable to M. A.
Ramsey in the amount of $2,475.00, payable in
monthly installments of $30.03 commencing October
24, 1976, and bearing interest at the rate of 8$
per annum.
(f) That certain promissory note of Peter
C. Smith of September 24, 1976, payable to
Phillip P. Zipes in the amount of $2,475.00,
payable in monthly installments of $3o-.03
commencing October 24, 1976, and bearirig .in-
terest at the rate of 8$ per annum.
