default under the terms and conditions of the above mentioned
mortgage to be delivered by Mortgaqor to the Mortgagees con-
currently with the delivery of this modification aqreement,
and likewise any default under said mortgage shall constitute
a default hereunder. ~
4. Except as herein expressly modified, the foregoing
mortgages and promissory notes secured thereby shall remain
in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this
Agreement on the y of Januar 1977.
