FINAL JUDGMSNT
DISSOLUTION OF 1yARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 4th day of February, 1977,
and the Court having qiv+en full consideration to all the evidence,
~
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the partiea
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: • ~
1. The marriage between JO~T CARNEY and FRANCSS CARNEY be
and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them
are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore ex-
isting between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

2. The Wife is entitled to the possession and ownership of

~ the 1972 Doclge Dart Swinger and the Husband shall execute the necessary
,
papers to tranafer title to said automobile to the Wife including the
license plate.
3. T'he Husband is entitled to the possession and ownerahip of
the 1973 Chevrolet pickup truck and the Wife sha1Z execute the necessary
papers to transfer title to said Chevrolet pickup truck to the Husband
including the license pl.ate.
4. The•-8uaband iQ entitled to th~ possession and ownership of
the boat and motor and that the Wife will execute the necessary papers
to convey title to the Husband to said boat and a?otor.
