5. As a lump aum alimony award,_the Husband shall execute
the appropriate papers to convey his interest in the hereinafter
described property to the Wife so that the Wife ,~hall have fee simple
title to said property includinq the real estate and the fu~niture
and furnishings located in the dwelling on s~id land described as:
The I~ast 25 feet of Lot 12, and all of Lots 13
and 14, Block 14, Maravilla P1aza, in St. Lucie .
County, Florida, located at 1703 Pas~o Avenue,
in Fort Pierce, Florida - -
- subject to all outstanc3ing liena thereon and taxea for the year 19~6.
6. The Husbanc7, by appropriate instrument, shall convey to '
the Wife his interest in the land and duplex numbered 1400 and 1402
located on a portion of Lot 10 and Lot 11, Block 15, revised plat of
Fort Pierce Beach Subdivision, St. Lucie County, Florida, with the
furniture and furnishings located in said duplex subject to all out-
standing liens thereon including the 1976 real property taxes.
7. The Wife, by approgriate instrument, shall convey her
interest to the Husband in the land and duplex being numbered 1404
~ and 1406, Binney Drive, which is located on Lots 10 and 11, Block 15,

' revised plat of Fort Pierce Beach Subdivieion, St. Lucie County, Florida,
with all improvements thereon including the household furniture and
furnishings located therein.
8. A survey shall be had between the parties hereto and each
will pay one-half of the cost of the survey to determine the correct
legal description of the lands hereinabove referred to that sY~all be
conveyed, to the Wife and that portion conveyed to the Husband so each
will have the fee simple title thereto subject to the outstanding
lien.
9. The Wife, by appropriate instrument, shall convey to the
Husband her interest in Lots 7, 8, 9 and 10, Block 15, Surfside Harbor
