DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGT -
THIS CAUSE came on for final hearing on this ~ day of
February, 1977, and the wife having appeared with counael and a default
having been entered against the husband for failing to file or serve an
Answer or other pleading. And the Court having given f~ll consideration
to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has 3urisdiction
of the parties and sub~ect matter of this suit; that the relations of

husband and wife now exists between the parties; that the equities are
with the wife and against the husband, and the wife is entitled to dis-
solution of marriage. It is thereupon,
~ pRDERED AND ADJUDGID as follows:
l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriege between t~e wife,
~ DONKA MILLS TIPTON, and the husband, HILTON TIPTON, be and t~he same is

- hereby dissolved, and the said parties and.each of them are hereby forever
` freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
the obligations arising therefrom. ~
2. RESTOR.ATION OF MAIDEN NAME. That the wi~'s maiden name
be restored to DONNA MILIS.
3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further Orders as may~be proper.
DONE AND ORDERID at Fort Pierce, Saint Lucie County, Florida,
